Get To Know Our Hiring Process
We are excited that you are considering joining the ox8 team. We believe in a straightforward, transparent application process – for you and for us. Our application process consists of three steps and ensures fast decision making.
Step 1: Submission of application
Fill out the application form and share with us your skills, experience, and motivation. Please make sure you have submitted all requested information. Incomplete applications cannot be considered for Step 2.
Step 2: Get to know video call
Qualified applicants are invited to a brief personal video interview. Our aim is to understand your background and motivation and provide you with the opportunity to gain insights about ox8. Subsequently, you will receive feedback regarding your admittance to the next round.
Step 3: Final interview & feedback
During a personal interview at our office, you will have the chance to present your abilities and yourself and get to know us. The interview is split into two parts: a technical assessment and a personal exchange allowing you to directly engage with our team members. Following this, we will conduct a thorough evaluation, review internally, and provide feedback, typically within 1 or 2 week(s).
