Vita
Thorsten is Founder and Managing Partner of ox8 Corporate Finance. He has been active in M&A advisory since 2002 and has participated in more than 60 successfully completed buy-side, sell-side, and financing transactions, with a particular focus on the Technology and Healthcare sectors.
After training as an industrial clerk, Thorsten studied at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences and at the University of Münster. Before founding ox8 in 2018, he had already spent over 15 years in the M&A business, working in various positions both in Germany and abroad.
In addition, Thorsten served for more than 10 years as a lecturer in Mergers & Acquisitions and Valuation at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences.
Beyond
Thorsten is married and a father of two. In his free time, he most enjoys spending time with his family. A passionate sports enthusiast, he follows a wide variety of sports – whether live, on TV, or by taking part himself. Maintaining a balance between work, family, and athletic activity is especially important to him.
