Vita
Klaus Wagner is Founder and Managing Partner of ox8 Corporate Finance. He has been active in the M&A advisory business since 2001 and was involved in more than 60 successfully closed transactions with a volume between EUR 5 million and EUR 500 million. This includes financing, buy-side and sell-side transactions – mostly cross-border.
Klaus studied business administration at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from James Madison University, Virginia, USA.
Beyond
Analytical, rational, and well-organized, Klaus approaches both professional and personal challenges with clarity and structure. Rooted in Bavarian values, he is a dedicated family man, proud husband, and father of three wonderful children.
As a counterbalance to an intense professional life and to recharge his batteries he enjoys playing tennis, running, skiing and traveling … and he claims to bake one of the best apple strudels.
