Vita
Firat Köker is Director at ox8 Corporate Finance and has been with the company since its founding in 2018. In the past, he has worked on projects with transaction volumes ranging from EUR 10m to EUR 250m and has supported financing, acquisition, and sales transactions, often across borders.
He gained his first experience in M&A during previous positions in Shanghai and Berlin, where he also gained deep insights into the local tech start-up scene.
Firat studied International Business and Management at Saxion University in Enschede and at Shanghai University. He then completed a Master of Laws with a focus on mergers and acquisitions at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
