Intern – M&A / Corporate Finance (m/w/d)

ox8 Corporate Finance offers highly professional corporate finance advisory services with a focus on M&A and Private Equity/ Growth Financings.

The growing ox8 Corporate Finance team, consisting of dynamic and highly motivated consultants, is based in our office in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Our goal is to advise entrepreneurs, investors and management teams on groundbreaking transactions and to convince and inspire them with our work. Every single project is implemented with great passion.

Since our foundation in late 2018 we have successfully closed more than 50 M&A and growth financing transactions with a total volume of approx. EUR 2bn across various tech-related sectors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN INTERN

• Assisting M&A project teams in execution of live projects
• Conducting company and industry research
• Preparation of peer group and valuation analyses
• Preparation of marketing and pitch presentations
• Preparation of transaction documentation (factbooks & management presentations)
• Assessment of business opportunities and strategic alternatives for our clients

YOUR PROFILE

• At least in the 6th Bachelor’s semester or enrolled in a Master’s program
• Preferably with experience from previous internships, ideally in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance or Consulting
• Strong analytical skills, high motivation and commitment
• Fluency in German and English (oral and written)
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Availability of at least 3 months
