Vita
Birger Nahs is Founder and Managing Partner of ox8 Corporate Finance.
He studied business administration and informatics at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and computer science at James Madison University in Virginia, USA. After graduating, he began his career in M&A in 2001.
For more than two decades, Birger has been successfully advising on numerous sell-side, buy-side and financing transactions – working for clients in Europe, in the USA, and in Asia.
He supports companies covering a wide variety of business models in the areas of software & IT, business services, and energy & sustainability.
Beyond
Birger is married and has three children.
Born in Frankfurt, he is a big fan and supporter of Eintracht Frankfurt and, thanks to his season ticket, can regularly be found at the stadium with family or friends.
