Klaus Wagner is Founder and Managing Partner of ox8 Corporate Finance. He has been active in the M&A advisory business since 2001 and was involved in more than 60 successfully closed transactions with a volume between EUR 5 million and EUR 500 million. This includes financing, buy-side and sell-side transactions – mostly cross-border.

Klaus studied Business Administration at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from James Madison University, Virginia, USA.
