ox8 Corporate Finance is an independent corporate finance boutique founded in 2018 by experienced M&A specialists. Corporate finance consulting services are offered with a focus on M&A and growth capital in the areas of software/Saas, healthcare, digital commerce and technology/IT services. The growing team, currently consisting of dynamic and highly motivated consultants, has offices in Frankfurt am Main and Aschaffenburg. Every single project is implemented with great passion. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work directly with our partners and senior professionals on the generation and execution of complex M&A/ corporate finance projects. Your tasks will include in particular:
- Preparation of pitch presentations, teasers and investment memoranda/factbooks.
- Preparation of integrated financial models, financial analyses and company valuations (DCF, trading and transaction comparables)
- Preparation of sector, company and capital market analyses and company profiles
- Due diligence activities (setting up virtual data rooms, Q+A)
- Independent research activities on companies, markets, potential investors/buyers and targets
- Preparation of studies and analyses on our focus sectors
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed studies in economics or another discipline with a focus on economics and outstanding academic performance
- Relevant practical experience in the field of investment banking/corporate finance/M&A/ deal advisory is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in the areas of company valuation and accounting
- Very good analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as team spirit and high motivation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS-Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

YOUR TASKS
You will be responsible for
- the completion of general administrative tasks,
- the creation of marketing materials, presentations and design proposals,
- the implementation of social media as well as other online and classic marketing activities,
- writing copy for internal and external use,
- the maintenance of the customer relationship management system,
- organising ox8 events and representing ox8 at various external events.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the commercial-administrative field.
- You have some professional experience as an assistant.
- You are characterised by a self-dependent and proactive way of working and demonstrate your organisational skills even in challenging times.
- A high level of service orientation, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility are among your strengths.
- Like us, you are passionate about the job and have the goal of growing with us.
- You are an even-tempered and cheerful character and have the desire to move and create things.
- You have very good knowledge of the German as well as the English language.
