Firat Köker is a Director at ox8 Corporate Finance and has been with the company since its foundation. Prior to joining ox8, Firat Köker was already active in the M&A advisory business from 2016 to 2018. In the past, he worked on projects with a transaction volume between EUR 5 million and EUR 200 million and accompanied financing, acquisition as well as sale transactions – often cross-border.

Before that he gained first experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions in Shanghai and Berlin, where he also became familiar with the local start-up scene.

Firat studied International Business and Management at Saxion University in Enschede and at Shanghai University, followed by a Master of Laws with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
