September, 2020. ox8 Corporate Finance successfully advised ARCUS Capital AG and the minority shareholders of detailM GmbH (“detailM”) on the majority sale of the online marketing network to AURELIUS Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG (“AWK”). detailM is a digital marketing agency group focusing on search engine optimization (“SEO”), content marketing and affiliate marketing. In the future, AWK will support detailM in driving and expanding the company’s growth both organically and through a selective buy and build strategy.
