Exclusive advisory to the shareholders of TeraVolt on the majority sale to QVEST

With Qvest as strategic partner, TeraVolt strengthens its position as a leading OTT solutions provider and expands its digital media expertise globally.

September, 2023. ox8 Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive sell-side M&A adviser to the shareholders of TeraVolt GmbH (“TeraVolt“) on the majority sale to Qvest Group GmbH (“Qvest“).

Since the company was founded in 2007 by Oliver Koch and Tobias Fröhlich, TeraVolt has been developing customized digital media products for various clients in the media and entertainment sector. The range of products and services includes individual solutions, from market-specific consulting to the conception of electrifying product visions and technical implementation.

Internationally established media providers such as ARD, ZDF, RTL, Deutsche Telekom, Sky, Deutsche Fussball Liga GmbH (DFL) as well as Red Bull Media House and Vodafone are among TeraVolt’s long-standing customers. Especially, TeraVolt’s independently developed SaaS solution TVXRAY, which has already won several awards, enjoys great popularity in the digital-focused TV world.
