ox8 Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholders of Löwenstark Digital Group (“Löwenstark”) on their sale of a majority stake to the HANNOVER Finanz Group (“HANNOVER Finanz”) and ARCUS Capital AG (“ARCUS”). Both the founder Marian Wurm and the entire management team headed by CEO Hartmut Deiwick invested significantly in the course of the transaction.
