ox8 Corporate Finance advises Nature Brands Group on the acquisition of After Inject Cosmetics GmbH, a high-growth brand specialising in innovative skincare, natural alternatives to Botox and modern beauty routines. The acquisition adds a complementary brand to Nature Brands Group’s portfolio and further strengthens its position as a platform for natural health, wellness and beauty brands.

October 2026. ox8 Corporate Finance advised Nature Brands Group on the acquisition of After Inject Cosmetics GmbH. The transaction adds a digitally positioned premium skincare brand focused on natural alternatives to Botox and modern beauty routines to the group’s existing portfolio of BitterKraft!, Holy Hildegard, ELIXR and Leonidov.

The acquisition expands Nature Brands Group’s offering into a complementary category, adding innovative skincare and beauty products to its existing activities in naturopathy, dietary supplements and natural cosmetics. After Inject will benefit from the group’s operational experience, e-commerce expertise and established infrastructure to support the continued development of its brand and product portfolio.

After Inject
After Inject is a premium skincare brand founded in 2024 by Laura Valentin and based in Schleiz, Germany. Its portfolio centres on innovative skincare products featuring a proprietary botulin complex, with a clear focus on natural alternatives to Botox and modern skincare and beauty routines. The brand gained widespread recognition in 2026 through its appearance on the German TV show “Die Höhle der Löwen”.
