July, 2022. ox8 Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholder of FormMed HealthCare AG (“FormMed”) on the investment by Avedon Capital Partners (“Avedon”). FormMed is a leading developer and supplier of micronutrients for therapeutic use. The founder Dr. Martin Lemperle will retain a significant stake in the company and will actively shape its further development.

When founding FormMed in 1996, Dr. Martin Lemperle already aimed to provide his patients with high-quality orthomolecular supplements at an affordable price. Through ongoing product innovations and strict focus on quality control “Made in Germany”, the company became a market leader and well-known brand among medical professionals and patients. After more than 25 years of evidence-based research and development, FormMed offers the largest, modular micronutrient concept on the German market with over 400 supplements, enabling more than 4,000 doctors and therapists to compose individual therapy concepts.
