ox8 Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholders of TISSO Naturprodukte GmbH (“TISSO”) on the majority sale to Afinum Achte Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (“Afinum”). In the course of the transaction, the previous shareholders Albert Hesse and Markus Junge as well as other key employees have significantly invested in the company.
Since its foundation in 1999 by Albert Hesse, TISSO has been developing and producing high-quality food supplements “made in Germany”. The company has its own laboratory and research & development team based in Wenden, Germany. The “TISSO” brand represents a holistic diagnosis and therapy concept, practiced by therapists throughout Germany.
In addition to its own product portfolio, TISSO is increasingly acting as a B2B service provider, where the company uses its many years of experience in the field of innovative food supplements offering its customers a holistic service approach, starting with product development and extending to the management of sales and logistics functions.
The company has grown strongly in recent years and plans to significantly expand its capacities by opening a second production site. To optimally prepare the company for this next stage, the shareholders Albert Hesse and Markus Junge selected Afinum as the perfect growth partner after a competitive process.
