Thorsten Hackspiel is Founder and Managing Partner of ox8 Corporate Finance. He has been active in the M&A advisory business since 2002 and advised on more than 60 successfully closed buy-side, sell-side and financing transactions. The focus has been on the technology sector as well as healthcare.

Following an apprenticeship as an industrial manager, Thorsten studied at the Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences and at Wilhelms University in Münster. Since then, he has been active in the M&A industry for more than 20 years.

In addition, Thorsten is a lecturer for Mergers & Acquisitions and Company Valuation at the Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences.
