ox8 Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholders of Intercontent GmbH (“Intercontent”) on the majority sale to ARCUS Capital AG (“ARCUS”).
Intercontent, headquartered in Berlin, Germany, was founded in 2000 and has established itself as one of the leading firms specialized in mobile marketing.
Based on its proprietary technology platform, Intercontent offers customized marketing and advertising services for publishers and affiliate networks to connect end users with online merchants and generate commerce at scale.
