FST develops and produces innovative solutions for preventive structural fire protection. The company is located in Stuttgart and specializes not only in fire protection, but also in heat and noise insulation. Since 2008, Kolektor Insulation belongs to the Kolektor-Group based in Idrija, Slovenia, and currently employs more than 5,000 staff members worldwide. Taking over FST is part of Kolektor Insulation’s plan to widen their service portfolio acquiring yet another fire protection company.
